You can simply choose the item that you like from our online catalog, select the size and quantity, and click on “Add to Cart.” Once you are ready to check out, proceed to the checkout page by clicking on your cart icon at the top right corner of the home page.

You will be asked to fill in the necessary fields with your contact information and shipping details before proceeding to payment to finalize your purchase.

For Metro Manila addresses, the processing and delivery can take 2 to 5 days. For provincial areas, it can take 7 days.

Requests should be made within seven (7) days upon the receipt of the item. You can e-mail us at inquiries@adoreofficiel.com.

• We will only accept returns or exchanges due to wrong sizing.
• All items to be returned must show no signs of wear, alteration, or washing. The Adore tag should be attached and intact.
• Shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
• All sale items are non-returnable.
• If an item is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and contact us immediately.
